The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is proposing to reissue NPDES General Permits No. GAR100001, No. GAR100002 and No. GAR100003 for storm water discharges associated with construction activity. Written comments should be received at EPD by the close of business on July 14, 2008.
