Program Coordination Branch

The Program Coordination Branch of Georgia EPD oversees the operation of eight district offices located around the state. EPD associates in these offices perform enforcement and compliance work on a variety of environmental issues, and field citizen complaints and questions. The Program Coordination Branch also conducts public education and outreach projects throughout the state.

This branch includes programs for emergency response, environmental radiation, environmental toxicology, radioactive materials and small business assistance. The Program Coordination Branch also oversees the EPD laboratory operations.
